The amendment entered into force on October 15, 2021. At the same time, the requirements for foreigners who have a residence permit in Kazakhstan or have relatives in Kazakhstan remain the same.

It is noted that the Interdepartmental Commission of Kazakhstan has decided on regular flights with India.

In total, Kazakhstan has open flights with 28 countries:

Labor Code

Amendments and additions have been made to the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, providing for the exclusion of norms that restrict the use of female labor, as well as not allowing women to perform heavy work or work under harmful and (or) dangerous working conditions, in order to ensure equal rights and equal opportunities for men and women in the field of labor.
Thus, women were allowed to work in heavy jobs. At the same time, the Employer is not entitled to engage employees in night work without the written consent of employees raising children with disabilities under the age of eighteen.

Taxation

The new provisions of the Tax Code of Kazakhstan come into force on January 1, 2022. The new procedure for taxing foreign companies providing services and goods through electronic commerce provides for the payment of VAT to the budget of the Republic of Kazakhstan at a rate of 12%.
